The sink area is also deplorably lacking and certainly wasn't designed with a woman in mind. No key card entry or coded entry but just a door you push open. There are no locking doors on either the bathhouse itself or the showers so there again is the security issue. There is a bench inside the dressing area of the handicapped stall, however. The other shower stall has no bench at all because there isn't room for one and one hook for placement of bags, clothes, etc. In the handicapped stall, is a fold down bench, apparently for the handicapped to slide off their wheelchair and onto the bench? When the bench is not in use, it takes up another 6' of precious space, making the stall now closer to 2 1/2 feet in width and length. The shower stalls are not quite 3 foot wide - this includes the one that's supposed to serve for the handicapped. There are 2 shower stalls to accommodate a park with 73 sites not a good ratio.

My personal main complaint was with the bathrooms. The park has a beautiful fence around it but there are openings with no gates that anyone not associated with the park could walk through while you're located next to a Casino, a reservation and a bus stop.

We had family who visited for dinner twice and as they left each night, 'security' was absent then, as well. I usually walk to the shower in the wee hours and I never saw him whenever it was dark. The main issues we had with the park was regarding security and the bath/shower rooms.įor security, there is a man who drives around the park in a truck - sometimes. However, there are no trees at all so the idea of shade in the heat of the Arizona summer, isn't an option. The site itself it in a beautiful location away from the city with beautiful scenery all around and close to the Casino. With the park itself, it's decent with the best part being the asphalt on most sites for which to park your RV. This is a brand new park so, realizing that, there's always the possibility that some of the things we found problematic may be corrected over time.
